my happily ever after

my happily ever after,
is not entirely without disaster,
it has its fair share of downs,
and ample supply of clowns,
i would have it just this way,
for then i'm complete dare i say!
my happily ever after,
is full of sparkly glitter,
and dullness in equal measure,
but im happy as this is my treasure,
all i have, all i own,
else's belongings none!
My happily ever after,
is of delight a huge cluster,
and tears every so often,
to cleanse my life and my eyes glisten,
i have no reason to complain,
for without them my life would be plain!
My happily ever after,
is beautiful sensations on a golden platter,
and sadness once or twice to me handed,
to keep me humble and firmly grounded,
for less them I'd be on a high horse,
and for happiness I'd be at a loss!
